How do I buy a deal?

  1. First Securely Register for your account.
  2. Select a City
  3. Select a deal, click the 'Buy' button and checkout.

Feel free to share the deal with your friends and family in order to make sure everyone benefits from the amazing discount.

I purchased a deal, now what?

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification that your personalized voucher is ready. Just print it out and present it to the specified merchant to be redeemed.

How do I find my voucher?

To access your voucher:

  1. First Securely Sign in to your account.
  2. Select ‘My Deals’ in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Click ‘View Voucher’ and then click ‘Print Voucher’ a the top left corner of the page.

From there, you can print any of your vouchers. Also, from the ‘My Vouchers’ page of your account you can sort your vouchers by expiration date or mark a voucher as ‘redeemed’ to remind yourself that you’ve already enjoyed it!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa / Mastercard/ American Express /Discover.

Can I buy a deal more than once?

Most deals will have a limit per person. You may buy additional deals as gifts. If you purchased more then one, you will have to hand them out to those you feel will enjoy the deal the most. You are only allowed to redeem each deal once. Furthermore, each coupon has its own unique identifying code that can only be redeemed once.

What if the deal does not reach its minimum amount of required buyers?

Unfortunatley in order to have access to the savings, a minimum amount of deals must be purchased. In the case this doesnt happen, the deal is off, meaning no one benefits from the discounted deal.

Can I use my coupon once it expires?

Yes you can. Once the promotional expiration date has passed, you may still redeem the coupon for the value you purchased it at, not the deal price. For example: you bought a coupon giving you access to $40 worth of food for $20. The deal's expiration date has now passed, however, you can still redeem your voucher for $20 worth of food.

The merchant has his own promotions going on at the same time, is my deal good for these?

Unless the offer specifically states otherwise, your deal cannot be used in accordance with any other promotions. Keep in mind, the deal allows you to benefit from the best price possible with your merchant.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. While we try to be as accommodating as we can with refunds, different offers have different refund policies. Here are current refund policies:

  • Deals: request made within seven days of purchase.

These time limitations are subject to change, so, before you ask for a refund, you should always reference 'The Fine Print' section of your voucher to confirm whether or not you are eligible for a refund. Any time you ask for a refund outside of the policies stated above, we provide refunds upon request only where the relevant merchant has gone out of business before the promotional period ends.
